Terms of Service

These terms govern the quotes, bookings and relocation services provided by Accurate Packers & Movers (“we”, “us”). By requesting a quote or booking a move with us, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our written estimate and any confirmed booking, which together form our agreement with you.

Our services

We provide packing, loading, transport, unloading and unpacking for home, office, vehicle and other relocations, along with related services agreed in writing. The exact scope of work for your move is defined in your confirmed estimate or booking.

Estimates are non-binding until survey

Online calculator figures and initial quotes are indicative only. A firm price is confirmed after a pre-move survey (in person or virtual), which lets us assess volume, access, distance and any special items. The final amount may differ if the actual inventory, access conditions, or requested services change from what was quoted.

Liability and insurance

We handle your belongings with care and follow a documented packing and handling process. Transit protection is available and, where you opt for it, cover applies subject to the terms, limits and exclusions of the relevant policy. Claims must be reported promptly and in writing. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items packed by you, perishables, cash, jewellery or documents unless separately agreed, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Payment

Charges, any advance, and the payment schedule are set out in your confirmed estimate. Payment is due as agreed, typically on or before completion of the move. We issue a GST invoice for services rendered. Enter payment details only through the channels we confirm to you directly — never share card or bank credentials in response to an unexpected request.

Rescheduling and cancellation

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed move, let us know as early as possible. Any advance handling and cancellation terms will be as stated in your booking confirmation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
